Table 26 Partners with the Women’s Chamber Foundation
to Provide a Virtual Cooking Class with
Executive Chef Martha Encarnacion

“Through Education Dreams Come True”

[WEST PALM BEACH, FL, February 11, 2021] — The Women’s Chamber Foundation and Table 26° Palm Beach are partnering up in March to host a virtual culinary demonstration to help raise funds to provide scholarships to young women in Palm Beach County to further their educations. Since 2004, the Women’s Chamber Foundation has awarded more than $225,000 in scholarships to these deserving women.

On Saturday, March 6 at 3:00 pm, join owner Eddie Schmidt of Table 26° as he interviews Shanon Materio, Chair of the Women’s Chamber Foundation, and Table 26° Executive Chef Martha Encarnacion. Chef Martha will share her story of education and journey from Mexico City to Palm Beach where she became a renowned chef in the community. She will then demonstrate one of her signature recipes from start to finish. Every participant will receive a list of ingredients and a recipe along with sommelier-selected wine recommendations by Trey Santorine to be able to cook (and drink!) along at home.

In addition, participants will receive a $5 coupon off of $25 to use at local partner Bedner’s Farm Fresh Market. A Bedner’s specialist will help you with the selection of your ingredients and wine.

This once-in-a-lifetime experience costs $50.00. Space is limited so purchase your ticket today at www.womenschamber.biz.

Support higher education for underprivileged women while cooking a delicious signature dish from the safety of your own home.
